To recognize two of the best Michellin star chefs worldwide, one needs to visit Javea, as the Mediterranea city has two of the best restaurants recognized by the Michelin Guide.

These two chefs are Alberto Ferruz (BonAmb Restaurant) and Enrico Croatti (Dolomieu Ristorante), which organized a very special event in the Alicante town, where the main objective was to satisfy the palate and stomach of diners and also offer two different visions of gastronomy, Spanish and Italian.

The menu that designed these two chefs was titled "The Dolomites travel to the Mediterranean", which is characterized by joining the Italian cuisine, from the Brenta Dolomites in northern Italy, to such renowned cuisine of the Alicante town of Javea and the Mediterranean Sea.

The Spanish chef, who has a Michelin star since 2013, offered his best version of traditional cuisine of the Marina Alta area, highlighting the best local products, such as fish from the coast between them; by Enrico Croatti, also recognized with a Michelin star in his restaurant in Italy, the "Madonna di Campiglio" and "Orobianco Ristorante" located in Calpe, mixed the best version of Italian gastronomy, playing traditional and avant-garde tastes and always mixing it with the best aromas of the Mediterranean Sea.
